First of all, let me say that I could have not asked for a better attorney. In March of 2016 our son was stuck and killed walking to school in a crosswalk. From the moment my wife and I met Bill, he was caring, and empathetic about our situation. He explained wrongful death to us in a way that was delicate and easy to understand. He explained that it would be a long process and to be patient. He kept us fully informed along the way about what was happening without fail. Several mediations and all avenues were tried by Bill and his team before we finally went to trial. I cannot reiterate enough how amazing Bill and Court were during the trial. Their one two punch was unstoppable! I’ve never seen such dedication. Whatever scenario the defense tried to paint, Bill and Court were right there to argue and defeat it. Their discovery was spot on and they found out things that we had no clue about. The trial was a victory and Bill and Court got us a substantial amount of money. They couldn’t give us our son back but they did give us peace. I would recommend them to anyone that needed amazing, kind, experienced top notch attorneys.
