I initially consulted with Devin because my wife and I were entering into a "for sale by owner" plus "seller carryback loan" home purchase, using the seller's drafted loan contract. Although we ended up contracting with Devin to handle the sale and loan paperwork for due diligence and to help negotiate with the seller's less than cooperative attorney, I could not have been happier with the whole experience of using Devin and his team. The seller's loan paperwork was inconsistent with California law, and one-sided to the seller's advantage. Devin was immediately able to spot red flags and holes in the loan contract. He re-negotiated the loan to a fair and proper standard. He and his team also helped us with our prop. 19 paperwork after the sale. He and his staff really cared about us. I highly recommend Devin and his team.

Devin helped me do the property transaction. He is efficient, hardworking, and even works on weekends. He is very accessible and personable.
