We worked together on a tenant landlord issue and his made himself very available quickly. His knowledge of the subject was exceptional and he met all deadlines and was extremely careful and responsive.

We were looking for an investment property and asked Devin as our agent because he is not only an attorney, he is also an experienced broker/realtor. We have known him since 2013. He assisted us in a legal case then and he was helpful. And he gave us advices every time we asked questions regarding the same issue. He always replys our emails promptly. He is always on time when we have an appointment. He explains things in plain language, so we can easily understand (English is not our mother language and we know nothing about the law and legal terms ). He gave us useful information and advice when we submitted the offer. He was very helpful during the escrow processing. He has all the documents ready, keep us updated, and follow up on several things with the seller. We did not have to worry about a thing. He was taking care of everything for us. Devin Lucas represented my wife and I on the purchase of a new home in Costa Mesa in November 2014. Devin is an excellent lawyer, as well as a wonderful, conscientious real estate agent (who also happens to be a genuinely nice guy). I came into contact with Mr. Lucas when he responded to a question I had posted regarding some problems I was having with my apartment complex. His response stood out to me because he was the only attorney who had said in order to really be able to answer my question, he would need more information. Mr. Lucas was very responsive via email and he even spoke to me directly via telephone on a Saturday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable about the laws and rights of both tenant and landlord and even though he won't be able to necessarily assist me with my current situation, he gave me some very good information about getting my deposit back and doing a final walk thru upon moving out.
