In Sep 2020 I was arrested for suspicion of 2nd DUI. The officer who stopped me, outright lied in the report and in front of the judge, he did not performed any FSTs, a second police showed up at the scene, without any investigations pulled me out of my vehicle, arrested me and obtained an unlawful warrant to get my blood even though I never refused to give it. My test came back .078 BAC. I was charged with a second DUI and faced a minimum of 3 months in jail. My Attorney William Duffy at the Kazarian Law firm represented me in court and fought on my side protecting my interests at all times and was able to demonstrate to the jury that I was Innocent. Thanks to his skills, knowledge of the law and sincere care I was acquitted in trial of one of the charges by the jury and the other was dismissed by the court.
