Juliet Sussman is an expert real estate attorney. In fact, the entire staff at the Newport Beach Real Estate Attorneys of Sussman & Associates are awesome (they have offices in Las Vegas, Palm Springs and Beverly Hills too). Juliet is very patient and answered all my questions during my first consult and whenever I called in. I have no idea about real estate law, but she patiently described all of my options and best way forward. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the law, including case law to support your position, when and how to present strategic information, and crafting the best defense to get results.
