Jeff defies all the lawyer jokes we've heard over the years. He gave me laser-guided precise help with my securities offerings. I'd never done one before and he worked within our budget, which grew as we grew. And we grew because we kept hiring people like Jeff for our team!

A lawyer with a business sense - It's a pleasure. I have worked with Mr. Marks on two separate startups and will work with him again of future such endeavors. He is quick, accurate, and understands the business objective of each project versus the myopic view some lawyers take toward business legal work.

Working with Jeff Marks has been a very positive experience. My biggest criticism of corporate/business lawyers is that they act strictly as service providers.
Jeff has proven to be the opposite as he takes time to understand the vision and goals of myself and our management team. When appropriate, he extends advice, opportunities and connections which are of great value.

Needing to hire a lawyer can be overwhelming, It is in these matters that expertise, attention to details and a resolution are needed and welcomed. It was very rerefreshing to have Jeffrey Marks in my corner recently. His rates are reasonable, he is courteous of your time while making sure we stay on track. I'd hire him again in a minute when I need an attorney.

When I work on an M&A deal I want a smooth transaction handled competently where I am only pulled in when absolutely necessary. The last transaction Jeff and I worked on was a buy-side deal where each step in the process was executed flawlessly. As with all deals, there were some unforeseen wrinkles that threw everyone into a loop, but Jeff's management skills were put into motion and the process continued on schedule. I would recommend Jeff to anyone needing M&A assistance or general outside counsel work.
