Kathryn is an excellent attorney and helped out my situation tremendously. I have recommended her already to many of my friends and coworkers and I will continue to have Kathryn represent me in my family law matters in the future. Kathryn helped me achieve custody of my children, and helped me in balancing out the support I pay for my children to their mother. This seemed like a daunting task for me before I went to court with Kathryn because I had already been unfairly treated by the court and I felt like my children's mother would always get what she wanted and always come out on top. Kathryn helped the court see that I was treated unjustly the first time I went to court for custody and the court agreed and changed my custody arrangement. I will forever be grateful for how Kathryn helped change my life, and my children's life.

I started working with Ms. Phillips in March, 2014 after it was proven to be impossible to come to an agreement with my ex-wife. Over the years I have heard quite a few horror stories from divorcees about how their attorneys just dragged out the process to make more money and cared very little for their client’s emotional state during the process; however my experience with Ms. Phillips turned out to be the exact opposite in both regards. Ms. Phillips at all times made an effort to move the process forward to keep fees at a minimum and this was not an easy task because opposing counsel did the exact opposite. Additionally Ms. Phillips was a rock during the process and more than once steadied my nerves during preparation and before going into the courtroom. A woman of strong faith, her insights and encouraging emails were of great help to me through this difficult process. I have never been very good at fighting for myself and would have given away everything just to get it all over with, but Ms. Philips fought hard for me, at no benefit to her, and made sure that I was taken care of in the settlement. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
