I purchased a newer year used vehicle. It had a clean car fax and was gorgeous. Upon investigating an unusual creak, it was uncovered that the car had been totaled and the damage covered up. I was so distraught, I was disgusted that I had been taken so advantage of. Ellen and the team worked to get me all of my money back from the dealership that sold it to me with no money out of pocket. I couldn't have asked for a better resolution to an unfortunate situation.

We heartily endorse the law firm of Stepanyan, Oganesyan, LLP. We recently purchased a used car and after having it examined by a car dealership, determined to our chagrin, that there were were serious mechanical problems that should have been fixed or disclosed. The dealership was unable to fix my new car (a lemon) and Simon got Toyota to replace it with a newer model. Simon was responsive to my questions and worked diligently to get me the outcome I wanted. The price for his service was also in my budget (free). Toyota paid for my attorney fees and I could have not asked for a better outcome.

Ellen Oganesyan handled my lemon law case, which just concluded successfully a couple of weeks ago. I would agree with other reviewers: Ellen Oganesyan's service was flawless and exceeded expectations. I needed to file a California Lemon Law claim due to an unreliable Chevy Volt that I purchased new. I contacted Stepanyan Oganesyan through their website and they got back to me very promptly. All of my communication was with Ellen Oganesyan. Throughout the whole process they were very professional, efficient and responsive. They evaluated my case initially very quickly, and before I signed an agreement with them to represent me, they provided very clear information on what to expect both over the phone and in writing. No surprises. They were very quick in submitting the claim to GM, and in communicating with me all along the way as GM responded, and as they need more information or forms from me. I asked Ellen Oganesyan for a copy of the initial demand they filed with GM, and upon review (admittedly non-expert by me) was impressed at how thorough and forceful they were in supporting the claim. In any case, it worked and I got a very favorable settlement in way less time than I would have expected. They also settle up with me very promptly once they receive the check from GM. No hassles with this law firm at all. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Ellen (and her firm) wholeheartedly to anyone who needs help with a lemon law issue, and would expect that their excellent service extends to the rest of their practice as well.

If you have any chance of defending yourself their straight forward in letting you know what your actual defense is. If you don’t have a case they won’t allow you to secure their services.
