Every time I hear Michael Levin’s name just bring smile to my face and I remember what a great a job he did for my son he saved his life I don’t know what we would’ve done without his help. He is an amazing attorney and great person, so knowledgeable and well respected in every court house. I hope nobody gets in trouble with law but if you do you need someone like Michael Levin to fight for you right. As a mom I am always grateful to him, he gave my son his life back and we never forget.

So my story was so complicated but now I can breathe and get back to my normal life. I have never been in trouble my whole life clean record and background. After borrowing a friends car, being pulled over and later being told I will be in jail for 10 years for something I didn't have anything to do with, I called Michael. Told him everything I knew and he helped me when I felt like there was no hope for me. I live in Sacramento and had to go through 10 months of back and forth court visits. Michael made it easy and educated me the entire time. He answered all my calls and texts. He got back to me the same day if he was busy when I called. I appreciate his knowledge and communication. He is an excellent lawyer and person to work with. I am glad to say after all his help my 10 year and felony I was facing will only be a misdemeanor and I can have it expunged in a few years allowing me to finish medical school and continue towards my better future. Where do I start? A couple of years ago I was a really big trouble maker. I had gotten into so much trouble that I didn't even go to court to face my legal issues. I had two warrants out for missing court and then got arrested at a bar for a huge miscommunication between me and one of the customers there. I was hauled off to county jail and was facing a handful of felonies. I was facing years behind bars. After being misrepresented by a public defender, a family member referred me to Michael Levin. At the time Michael was dealing with an illness, but assured me that he would recover and would represent me to the best of his abilities. I didn't have the money to bail out, but every time I took that bus trip and saw Michael I felt better about my situation. Every time we saw the judge there was progress is proving that I was being charged with things that hadn't even occurred. Granted, that night I was wrong, but I wasn't guilty of every thing they were charging me with. After fighting the case for a couple months, Michael got everything dismissed that I wasn't guilty of and compared to what I was facing, I got a slap on the wrist. I got time served and probation. What impresses me the most about Michael is his passion and attention to his clients. For example, he told me if I stayed out of trouble he'd have my probation cancelled after 18 months instead of the 3 years I was given. He did that, got my felony taken down to a misdemeanor and off my record. Michael actually represents his clients, he is a joy to be around and he has an amazing reputation with the court system. He is a friend to me and to my family now and forever. He stuck with me, he never gave me the feeling that I was in it by myself and his staff is amazing. His personal assistant Josie was and is always on top of her game. She was really helpful to me after I got out as well. Up until that huge fiasco of a case, I had been through allot with the system. I had allot of lawyers, public defenders and I never had felt better taken care of than I did with Michael. We still keep in touch. I have referred him to many people and have had them call me back and tell me he lived up to the hype. Wegman & Levin is the only choice when you find yourself in legal trouble. Ever since getting out, I have stayed out of trouble and thank my lucky stars that I went with Michael Levin. My case could of turned out completely different and changed the course of my life if I wasn't represented the way Michael represented me. Thank you Michael, thank you for everything. I am forever grateful.
