2 years ago I was hit by a car while on my bike. I'm an international student and had no idea what to do or how I was going to deal with all the medical insurance claims. I hired Scott and he was spectacular to work with. He went out of his way to reduce medical bills for me and explained in detail what each bill meant and what I should do. The advice he provided was spot on and as the driver was responsible, he helped me settle with the driver's insurance company. After getting a concussion from the accident and then being bombarded with letters and calls from the driver's insurance company, I doubt I would have had the same outcome without Scott's support and knowledge. I felt so taken care of at the firm, and Scott really took his time to sit down with me and work through the things I didn't understand, no detail was too small. I highly, highly recommend Scott's services.

Scott was honest about the expectations for our case, and was willing to take it even though many other lawyers had given me an attitude and told me our case was too small to bother with. My partner and I are both professionals and work hard for what we do have. I was put off by many of the other lawyers who wanted to charge an arm and a leg and insult me at the same time. Scott was down to earth, friendly and yet still professional. He checked in with us often, clarifying our wishes and represented us well. Just having him represent us made the other party back down and we are hoping they stay down, but if for whatever reason we have to go to court I will want Scott representing us again.

I recently hired Mr. Nathan to defend my business in a legal matter involving a financial dispute with an independent contractor. He was able to keep us out of court and got our business a settlement that far exceeded our expectations.

Scott is friendly, great to work with, extremely responsive, listens, works hards and ultimately helped me avoid the worst case scenarios. I am someone who does a ton of research before selecting anybody that I will do business with. I interviewed Scott along with three other lawyers (after calling about 15). I was deliberately vague with everyone I met with to see how they would troubleshoot my issues. Scott never oversold, gave me suggestions but at the end of the day I felt like he was most concerned about my personal well being. He took at sizeable six-figure debt I was looking at because of a business I was involved with and brought the amount down significantly, working hard for me for over three months. I wish Scott's specialty was everything. If he felt comfortable with it, I would hire him for just about any legal matter or issue I encounter. I highly recommend him for your debt settlement issues and I almost never write reviews.

Scott helped me through dealing with a lawsuit filed against my company. His quick understanding of the facts of the case and knowledge in preparing proper responses in the case resulted in the case being dismissed. Through the process, Scott was always accessible, timely with all follow up and had a sense of humor to help reduce the stress that comes with litigation.

I was not very pleased, over all. I never felt that he was defending my interest or aggressively attacking anything. I felt his primary focus was pressuring me to agree to unfair exposure from a settlement that was ultimately, written, directed, produced and staring "the creditor" in order to claim the fee paid. I recall no objection or attempts on his part to protect me or my company in his communication. If he did make such effort, we did not witness such and the product agreement certainly didn't indicate as much. Although we signed this agreement under duress, we eventually sought alternate counsel and approach and renegotiated a more realistic arrangement. Unfortunately, the exposure brought by the first agreement could not be undone. In short, I have no doubt Scott can provide value of service to some. For me, he resulted in a costly distraction for services I could (and did) do better on my own. Save the $3,000 and call the creditor yourself. If you have the money to fight for what you believe, then consider calling Scott.

Attorney Scott Nathan made a stressful situation not so bad. He answered all my questions and responded to my calls right away. His knowledge on how to handle my case was great. He really cared about helping me. He got everything done in the short time frame that we were limited to. I really don't believe any other lawyer would have gotten the results that Scott did!

My review title says it all. Scott did what he said he would do. While handling my case, he both discussed all items and he requested my consent every step of the way. He also gave me many options during the process. The modern systems and excellent support staff he has in place definitely helped gain and keep my trust in him. I would definitely recommend Scott to family, friends and to you too!

Scott Nathan is what everyone should be. He's honest, direct, responsive and is able to produce the results that he represents on the front end. I highly recommend him.

The communication is what I appreciated the most, especially being an out-of-state client. If I had a question and Scott was busy at that specific moment, he always returned my call or email in a timely manner. His support staff also kept in great communication. The next thing I appreciated most was his calming manner. I tend to get a little stressed at times and Scott had a way of taking my stress away so I could sleep at night and focus on running my business.

Mr. Nathan helped me to settle with a loan company that had conned me with predatory leasing of medical equipment. He helped me to save a good deal of money, but I was more impressed with his professionalism and ethical manner in which he took care of the case. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Mr. Nathan.

Mr. Nathan helped me settle a contract dispute with a leasing company. He had dealt with the company before and pretty much knew what they were going to say and do. He gave out good advice and listened to my concerns. The case was settled in a timely matter to my satisfaction.
