Lack of aggressive representation

“I was not very pleased, over all. I never felt that he was defending my interest or aggressively attacking anything. I felt his primary focus was pressuring me to agree to unfair exposure from a settlement that was ultimately, written, directed, produced and staring "the creditor" in order to claim the fee paid.”

Potentially not suitable for all cases
