Glenn has one of the most comforting and inviting smiles that a man can have, and his demeanor speaks to a person of empathy and kindness. However, beware believing that is the only side of him the moment a court case begins. To call him precise and efficient would be an understatement. He is viciously intelligent, with an immense knowledge of law and situational awareness. He is one of the most eloquently spoken individuals I have ever come across. His assistance in my case was invaluable, and in my time of turmoil, talking to him at the start put me at ease more than anything else.
