My wife was rearended by a young driver in an out of state vehicle. Our wonderful Subaru Forester--good for another 250K miles- was totaled. She was mildly injured but in continuing pain. Attorney Rush explained everything to me in advance of what he could do, what could be expected and what the different outcomes could be. I went to him because the insurance company had been dragging out the process for almost 2 years and I realized I was not able to fight on my own. He went through my records so well he highlighted injuries I didn't realize I suffered in the accident but were in the medical reports (the hospital did a poor job at discharge). He not only highlighted information previously omitted but he documented potential long term effects I could face as a result of those injuries. Very quickly they realized, it was time to settle!
