DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! I recommend you take your money elsewhere. Read the negative reviews, they are accurate. They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I hired them back in Feb and was assigned to David Ruezga. From the beginning there were errors on motions and petitions were denied because he has no idea what he's doing. Communication was poor and I had to follow up with him almost every day because things were not being taken care of. On top of everything he is a liar, he would tell me something was filed and when I would contact the clerk's office, nothing had been filed. After months of dealing with David and getting literally nowhere, I finally reached out to Elliot to terminate their services. Elliot was extremely rude, accused me of lying and refuses to issue any type of refund despite them doing absolutely nothing for my case.

Elliot talked with me and my mother over the phone, giving me the best advice and straight forward answers. I talked with countless lawyers previous to finding elliot, none of them I was willing to trust. I was going in to get a restraining order against someone. This was a very stressful time for me, filled with uncertainty of what would happen in the court room. He was kind and empathetic to my situation and above and beyond as far as knowledge. He told me that my case was strong and probably didn’t need a lawyer, but that he would represent me if in case I decided I wanted one. That’s what really made him stand out to me, he took the time, he looked at my situation, and gave me his real, honest advice. He wasn’t just there to make a quick buck.
