My son, 15 years young, arrested and expelled. I called Elliot on a Sunday morning within 6 weeks of the event. He reviewed what I should expect, what he needed from us and immediately set up a face to face appointment. I then felt hopeful. I retained Elliot’s services. The charge was serious, felony sexual assault. We started homeschool immediately but with Elliot’s support the school district placed my son in a different school than the victim within a few short weeks. Did not retain service but was reminded he filled in on a case for me 7years ago where we won case dismissed. Then receive another call.
