This company is amazing. I won't go too far into detail but I will summarize my experience with Elliot and his firm. I was facing 12-15 years in prison initially but through Elliot's diligence I was graced with a mere 2 years of probation. He has been very responsive through out the course of all of this. Even going as far as responding outside of operating hours. Answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns respectfully and in a timely manner. I can't really say enough about how grateful I am for Mr. Silver's support. I paid him a retainer because my 21-yr-old daughter was being accused of something she did not do. Then I got in trouble. I took edibles to try to deal with the pain from long-covid and ended up taking too much, blacking out, and driving for hours in the Santa Cruz mountains. Yes, you can black out on marijuana edibles. No, I was not having a good time. I was trying to avoid a prescription for opioids. Because of covid, smoking marijuana products, though effective, became a burden on my recovery as my lungs were not doing so good. Long story shortish, I called 911 asking for help after I pulled into the shoulder to keep myself and others safe, as soon as I realized where I was. The police lied and said I crashed, ignored circumstance and basically was going for that quota. They are not here to protect and serve. Where the police failed, Silver Law Firm stepped up and protected me from a DWI/DUI and got me a reduced sentence. Mr Silver has a network of lawyers that he calls upon and I was fortunate enough to have a team when I needed it. Thank you Elliot! I will always be grateful and I will be your client for life.
