The Nieves Law firm was a great choice in helping me through my restraining order case, the whole team there does a great job at walking you through the steps of the legal process. I was the defendant in my case and my attorney jose Gonzalez helped me secure a wining ruling in my favor along with wining an attorney’s fee motion. Jose is a great lawyer and is good at what he does, in court he really shines and is able to debate the case very well and professionally. I would definitely pick them again if I had to!

Took 14 thousand to file a1170(d) and it wasn’t filed in time won’t take inmate calls and we still don’t know if the documents were submitted on time to the courts.

Situations happen when you might feel lost overwhelmed stressed out all of the above And now you find yourself having to look for representation someone, that’s gonna value you, and your side of the story a person that can advocate strongly as well as break down a realistic point of view thankfully I was referred to Ms.Martina Avalos. She was really able to help me understand my case made it simple to see both sides of the story and really made the whole process easy and confident threw out the entire time.
