Natashe has helped us with numerous due process hearings and has never failed to get results. Her knowledge of the special education laws is exceptional. She’s also incredibly kind and has a great sense of humor. I have never felt like I was a bother and even if I was being needy-she listened and responded with kindness and understanding.
It’s a huge relief to know if I ever need her services or advice that she’s just an email away.

Ms. Washington helped us obtain the support and compensatory eduction our son desperately needed. She was so patient with us, answering all our questions and guiding us through the due process proceedings against the school district. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and truly cares about our kids. We hope we never need legal support again, but if we do, we would definitely choose Ms. Washington again.
