This was truly exemplified when I chose her to be my attorney for my social security and disability case. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond for them. Jennifer helped me with my social security issues. She was extremely professional and kept me in the loop all along during the process. I found her easy to get in touch with and she always responded quickly . I have consulted her on a couple other issues and she was able to offer us a couple of paths that will lead to resolution.

I don't know what type of games you are playing but I told you that you are fired!! You are trying to rush his case and hurrying up to set another one so you can get paid! You are playing with his life. You push the case to the preliminary hearing which we wasn’t trying to do. You rush his case so you can get paid. You thought I wasn’t going to find out. I know you told the court that I wasn’t trying to fired you and that you are still representing him. You are trying to make it seem like it is too late to fired you. But let me tell you; you are dealing with the right one. I will make sure personally that you will be brought down if you mess up my husband case. And what is funny you block my callls and text messages so you won’t be able to receive my text of me fireding you!! Now it is Publicly known you had been fired once on 11/07/2018 twice on 11/08/2018. Now a third time 11/09/2018. When I spoke to you on the phone on 11/08/2018 the day of my husband court I told you that he will announce your release in court and that the court will have to provide him another attorney. For some reason you took that an opportunity to continue to represent him and told the court that you are not fired. My husband do not want you on his case anymore that is why he did not sign the paperworks agreeing for you represent him. You tried to prevent him from dismissing you from his case and to get another lawyer by not allowing him to file a motion to remove you. You told him that you will see him at his next court date which is Wednesday. I am a little confused of why are you still representing him. You told him that I wasn't trying to fired you and it's all up to him to make the decision to let you go. Well if that is true than you are FIRED stated my husband!! On the other hand, you told him that he can't fired you when told you he don’t want you represent him no longer you turned around that he couldn’t fired you anyways because I am the one hired you and he didn’t signed any paperworks. well best believe I'll be up there telling the courts how you are representing him illegally. On top of that, you told me that Ledarrius wasn't trying fired you and that it is up to me. So therefore, Mr. Robert Byers you are dismissed, fired and release from Mr. Bull’s case. You are not getting pay for your time nor service since I had fired you from his case! I have been recording every signal conversation so if you think you are going to take me to court about anything. I'll be ready for you!! If you show up to court trying to represent him. I'll be there waiting for you as well. Please stop pretending to be his lawyer and stop acting like you are actually doing something. If you were doing your job, Mr. Bull and I would not have to fired you. Thank once again. PS. The staff and service sucks!!! All the positive comments that’s on here it’s his personal contacts not his clients. The only clients he has so far are those gave him negative reviews. Best of luck whom hire him next!! He will take your money and act like he is a lawyer.

I don't usually ever write reviews, but this is needed because this guy should be put out of business. This guy is terrible! Hired because somebody said he was good. NOT THE CASE AT ALL! We initially gave this guys close to $4000 and he has not answered calls or emails! He is so unprofessional. My sister was the one communicating with him, and when she voiced her thoughts of how he does not seem to be interested in the case because he never answer's the phone...he began to yell at her over the phone! She recorded it for reference. He missed a court date and didn't return a call until days later which he said he didn't know that there was court. Like what?! How do you forget...your the lawyer??? Isn't that what we paid you for??? He kept pushed court dates off and just showed no type of effort for my family. We wanted to have a bail hearing for a family member that is currently in custody, and he told us we had to present more positive things to the judge to make the judge even consider a bail hearing. He told us to get multiple character letters. Several weeks after we get the character letters he we call him and he says how good they sounded and he was going to put his effort in now. He said he could set a bail motion within a week. When a week past I called him multiple times to see what was going on. He sent me a text message back saying "do not call multiple times a day, I told you I will set the motion in a week." After that last conversation my family have continued to call him multiple times and he has completely cut us off! No answer, no text message no emails, NOTHING!!!! My family and I plan on reporting him to the State Bar of California as well as taking him to small claims court once we gather up our documents and proof of his actions. This guys is no good! Stay away from him!!!!!!! I will continue to post a review anywhere I can about him because he is that bad and nobody should be scammed like this!

This man and his staff are the BEST!!!!! Very highly recommended. You can't ever go wrong with such a honest and respectful group.

My family and I knew we would need a highly skilled lawyer for representation. After a lot of online searches and a referral from a friend, we chose Law Offices of Robert Byers. That was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Mr. Byers is compassionate, very knowledgeable and definitely has your best interest in mind. He and his paralegal Maria Arias kept me informed of the process and answered all my questions throughout. He gave insightful advice and helped us understand what we should do in order to achieve the best possible outcome. Mr. Byers and his lead paralegal Maria Arias are a wonderful team of professionals and my heartfelt thanks goes out to them! I am highly impressed and satisfied with the results we got with Mr. Byers and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of excellent and experienced representation!

A friend referred me to this lawyer, I had high hopes he will do me good for this DUI case. I'm glad I only paid $1,600 out of the $3,500 only because I was unhappy with how things were going. My 1st court date a different attorney represented me because they were busy and had to send someone else to my first court I tried calling and texting to get a follow up on my case but no one return my Calls or text . I called my friend that referred me to this attorney and I mention that I'm paying enough money to get a follow up . Then he communicated with his friend which is his assistant Maria Arais. Not long after she called me raising her voice being very rude complaining if I think I'm paying too much money taking things too out of Hand. After that I wasn't comfortable thinking they were not gonna take my case serious. Time went by and every time I tried to communicate with them They failed to pick up or respond to text messages , it would take me up to almost 2 weeks to hear back from Them. Their excuse was they didn't have a response for me But I feel like I should be able to communicate since I have questions that need to be answered Especially if I'm paying them money to do so. After I got tired of struggling to communicate with them I made a decision and told them I no longer wanted Robert Byers to represent me. I asked for some of my money back But his assistant Maria refused to, Saying that they did more then just a court date by contacting the courthouse to get an update on my next court . The 1st day I called courthouse to get notified when my next court day is They mentioned that over a month ago June 13th I failed to appear Which was during the time I was paying Robert to represent me in court. July 13th Was the day I canceled my contract with Robert Which means he fail to do what I was paying him for claiming he was the best at what he was doing . Every time I wanted to speak to Robert his assistant Maria Would-be the one that would communicate with me not to mention she was very rude at-times . After I found out about my warrant I contacted them Demanding an explanation on why this happened . Her only response was for me to continue paying them so they can try to fix the problem they caused, no way was i falling for that again. I told them I wanted my money back since they stoled my money and did nothing for me in return but caused more problems. I will not let them get away with this and i will get my money back. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER!! Now that I'm asking for money back they are not responding but it's nothing new, they never respond even if you pay them. So why would I expect them to reply asking for money back but I'm sure they will be hearing from me very very soon but first i gotta clean the mess he got me into since according to his assistant she was calling the court house or whatever to know when my next court date was but who knows why she lied. Its obvious she didn't do anything they said. Now I missed a court date and have a warrant i gotta fix. I ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT ON ROBERT D. BUYERS THROUGH THE STATE BAR, CASE IS PENDING AND TAKES A WHILE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHO GOT SCAMMED BY ROBERT D BUYERS TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIm. I"M A SINGLE MOTHER AND THE $1,600 HE TOOK FROM ME IS ROBBING MY FAMIY AND IF WE DON"T STOP HIM HE WILL COMTINUE TO DO IT TO MANY MORE. He has many good reviews but all the bad reviews seem to be about the same thing. He thinks he can scam every other client of his to get free money but I will not let him get away from stealing my money and causing me a lot of stress during my pregancy. They knew I was pregnant and low in money but still managed to scam me from some money. If I didn't terminate ROBERT from my case he would have continued to collect payment to full $3,500. Don't play with fire and risk you being in this situation regardless of the few good reviews.
