Mr. Kleczek and his team did an outstanding job helping me win my case. They answered all my phone calls and questions. I searched for attorneys and compared David Kleczek’s office to another larger firm. I quickly realized that at the larger firm I would be just a number, but working with David and his team members I was able to get personalized service, quick responses, and had all my questions answered. I was driving a motorcycle across the Bay Bridge when a car made an illegal lane change into my lane and collided with me. In less than a month David had a check in my hand.

Mr. Kleczek is a very patient and results driven lawyer. Despite being hit by a person with less than adequate insurance; he was still able to get me the best result possible. For this I must commend his worth ethic and his flexibility he was able to exercise with me due to my less than favorable financial situation; and for that he is the best injury lawyer in my professional opinion that anyone can retain.
