Great Lawyer! He helped my mother with the impossible. My mother had been trying to have legal documents here in the US for the past 15 years or so. Five years ago, her political asylum had been denied and was told to leave the US. She only had 20 days before she had to leave the US when she found Jonathan. Jonathan helped my mother appeal her case and fought for her and was able to have her case approved February 2018. My mom was told she had an 80% chance she would get deported, but Jonathan did not let it happen! He is a great lawyer and we recommend him 100%.

I hired John to be my attorney for a green card application thru marriage with a USC. John is very professional, detail oriented, he would analyze your case thoroughly and provide to you with the best approach. You will be treated as a VIP as John always response in a timely manner even when he is on a vacation (unless he is going to Antarctica or Mars) =). Case went smooth and got approved, I would recommend John to anyone who needs immigration services.

I was referred to two different lawyers, including Mr. Dunten, by my lawyer for a second opinions about my case. I met with the first referral prior to Mr. Dunten and after about 3 hours of going through my case, asking me questions, etc. they gave me their professional opinion and recommendation. Two weeks later I met with Mr. Dunten for yet another opinion. It took 1 hour for him to ask the right questions about my case and come to the same conclusions as the other lawyers. I felt that his passion, and obviously his knowledge about immigration law were superb. He's very laid back, and make you comfortable. I highly recommend Mr. Dunten.

Well let me explain why I pick up Mr dunten. I went to see 2 more lawyers prior to see mr dunten. and how it goes of consultations everything seems to be ok but it was a point on my case that both lawyers SAID. we cannot help you. You are expecting to hear good news regardless your case both lawyers said that they can fill up application but they cannot help me if I need to go for a court if something goes wrong. So not to make my story to long. I got in contact with JONATHAN and I explain my case and is for me very pleasure to recommend such lawyer I explain my case and he didn't hesitate to help me on my case. Whether if is favorable or not he gave me a trust to hand my case to him he gave that opinion that if something goes wrong he have plan b or c to get my citizen well done and it was everything was a success I got my citizenship without going to court. So my point is this no matter what hard kind of case you have he is gonna talk to you straight without hiding nothing. So for that reason I highly recommend mr. JONATHAN DUNTEN he also is very fluently on Spanish I really recommend
