I have obtained cole tippit to represent me along with case manager Cinthia Carbajal that has been assisting me with my case and im currently being represented by them. My case has been VERY well handled by them so far, making sure I get the help I need as soon as possible. They are very proffessional at what they do,bringing you first and making sure you are well taken care of and trying to get you the maximum compensation you deserve. There is so much positive to say about Michelle I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve worked with many lawyers throughout my career / life and no one can come close to the bar Michelle sets. She’s unbelievably competent, compassionate, honest with outstanding moral compass, and gets the job done as effectively as possible. Michelle Roberts knows more about ERISA LTD matters than anyone else. Before my disabling injury, I was a litigator at a large law firm; I know the difference between the real experts and the rest of the attorneys. Disabled plaintiffs need an expert like Michelle because the insurance companies are playing hardball and don't care about doing what is right. It comes down to Michelle knowing the law, especially the most recent changes in the law. Also, she truly cares about people. If you get the chance for Michelle to represent you, you are fortunate.

We consulted Michelle at the start of a possible long term disability process. Our goal was to understand possible outcomes and do's/don'ts that we should be mindful of. I was referred by another attorney to Michelle. I needed a consultation regarding my short term disability insurance company denial of my STD claim.
