After consulting with a few different lawyers Robbi Cook was the clear choice. My gut feeling was rewarded with fantastic results surpassing my expectations. She worked with me on my case for over a year and was able to get the conviction reduced to something far less serious and it will eventually be expunged from my record. I knew when I hired Mrs. Cook she would do the best she could for me, but her extraordinary effort and attention to detail is certainly what made the difference in my case. I couldn't imagine having chosen anyone else and I have already recommended her to a friend of mine. This situation was a defining moment in my life and a true learning experience and Mrs. Cook granted me the opportunity to move forward with a clean slate. For that I am forever grateful.

I don't know what type of games you are playing but I told you that you are fired!! You are trying to rush his case and hurrying up to set another one so you can get paid! You are playing with his life. You push the case to the preliminary hearing which we wasn’t trying to do. You rush his case so you can get paid. You thought I wasn’t going to find out. I know you told the court that I wasn’t trying to fired you and that you are still representing him. You are trying to make it seem like it is too late to fired you. But let me tell you; you are dealing with the right one. I will make sure personally that you will be brought down if you mess up my husband case. And what is funny you block my callls and text messages so you won’t be able to receive my text of me fireding you!! Now it is Publicly known you had been fired once on 11/07/2018 twice on 11/08/2018. Now a third time 11/09/2018. When I spoke to you on the phone on 11/08/2018 the day of my husband court I told you that he will announce your release in court and that the court will have to provide him another attorney. For some reason you took that an opportunity to continue to represent him and told the court that you are not fired. My husband do not want you on his case anymore that is why he did not sign the paperworks agreeing for you represent him. You tried to prevent him from dismissing you from his case and to get another lawyer by not allowing him to file a motion to remove you. You told him that you will see him at his next court date which is Wednesday. I am a little confused of why are you still representing him. You told him that I wasn't trying to fired you and it's all up to him to make the decision to let you go. Well if that is true than you are FIRED stated my husband!! On the other hand, you told him that he can't fired you when told you he don’t want you represent him no longer you turned around that he couldn’t fired you anyways because I am the one hired you and he didn’t signed any paperworks. well best believe I'll be up there telling the courts how you are representing him illegally. On top of that, you told me that Ledarrius wasn't trying fired you and that it is up to me. So therefore, Mr. Robert Byers you are dismissed, fired and release from Mr. Bull’s case. You are not getting pay for your time nor service since I had fired you from his case! I have been recording every signal conversation so if you think you are going to take me to court about anything. I'll be ready for you!! If you show up to court trying to represent him. I'll be there waiting for you as well. Please stop pretending to be his lawyer and stop acting like you are actually doing something. If you were doing your job, Mr. Bull and I would not have to fired you. Thank once again. PS. The staff and service sucks!!! All the positive comments that’s on here it’s his personal contacts not his clients. The only clients he has so far are those gave him negative reviews. Best of luck whom hire him next!! He will take your money and act like he is a lawyer.

I spent a lot of time looking for a lawyer to help seal an arrest record before finding Robbi. If you are looking for a lawyer - I can not recommend her enough. She was very professional (as opposed to some other sleazy/sketchy lawyers I spoke to), direct and above all VERY EFFECTIVE. She has a highlevel of integrity, she knows the system and knows what to do. It was an enormous relief to find Robbi. She was informed and knowledgeable about what I needed and I felt very comfortable dealing with her. She helped to seal my arrest record effectively, quickly and with minimal stress. Her rates are also very fair.

After contacting other attorneys regarding a legal matter that I wanted resolved and essentially being told it was not worth my time, or highly unlikely to be resolved, I found Robbi. She personally called me back after leaving a voicemail with her office. Other offices had assistants call me and give me the cold shoulder. Our initial phone conversation unfolded like that between two people meeting in person. Respect, understanding, and advice were made immediately available. I don't usually ever write reviews, but this is needed because this guy should be put out of business. This guy is terrible! Hired because somebody said he was good. NOT THE CASE AT ALL! We initially gave this guys close to $4000 and he has not answered calls or emails! He is so unprofessional. My sister was the one communicating with him, and when she voiced her thoughts of how he does not seem to be interested in the case because he never answer's the phone...he began to yell at her over the phone! She recorded it for reference. He missed a court date and didn't return a call until days later which he said he didn't know that there was court. Like what?! How do you forget...your the lawyer??? Isn't that what we paid you for??? He kept pushed court dates off and just showed no type of effort for my family. We wanted to have a bail hearing for a family member that is currently in custody, and he told us we had to present more positive things to the judge to make the judge even consider a bail hearing. He told us to get multiple character letters. Several weeks after we get the character letters he we call him and he says how good they sounded and he was going to put his effort in now. He said he could set a bail motion within a week. When a week past I called him multiple times to see what was going on. He sent me a text message back saying "do not call multiple times a day, I told you I will set the motion in a week." After that last conversation my family have continued to call him multiple times and he has completely cut us off! No answer, no text message no emails, NOTHING!!!! My family and I plan on reporting him to the State Bar of California as well as taking him to small claims court once we gather up our documents and proof of his actions. This guys is no good! Stay away from him!!!!!!! I will continue to post a review anywhere I can about him because he is that bad and nobody should be scammed like this!

I called Robbie Cook after seeing her reviews online.. I had just gotten arrested for a marijuana sales charge.. After one phone call Robbi Cook met with me and got to work on my case right away.. I am from out of town so I couldn t really make the court dates but Robbi was in court representing me everytime.. She got my case dismissed and got a court order to return some confiscated property of mine.. I would recommend Robbi Cook for any legal problem anyone might be having.. She is very straight up and she tells you like it is.. All around excellent service

Though the domestic violence charges against my husband were dismissed by the DA and I hadn’t paid a cent to Robbi, she was so knowledgeable and polite answering all my questions and helping me to find out where my husband would be released from. Highly recommend her!!!!

If you're facing charges or just looking for someone to help you navigate your defense, I highly recommend calling Robbi. She got my case dismissed and showed professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise throughout the entire ordeal. Navigating lawyers was completely new and foreign to me. I was charged with a misdemeanor in Oakland, and had never had any legal or criminal issues in the past ever. As such, I heard a ton of varying information on what type of outcome I could expect in my case. I did my due dilligence and talked to several lawyers, some even quoting me up words of $8k to represent me pre-trial for this charge. Robbi honestly and clearly explained the process to me from the beginning, and then represented me for several court appearances, allowing me to continue with my life and work. Robbi got my case dismissed by the DA when it looked like it might continue for another month or two. She followed up promptly all the time. Highly recommend.
