My spouse and I are very lucky to receive help from Julia - she did an excellent job with our very first estate plan! Before finding Summerall Law, we procrastinated over writing our wills for years. Because most of our family members are overseas, we had many questions about how our families would inherit our property without too much difficulty or hassle. Julia patiently listened to all of our questions no matter how big and small, and answered them with an open mind, words of knowledge and understanding. When she didn't know a specific detail on top of her head, she took the time to research the question and got back to us on the same day. She's meticulous with addressing our requests and getting details right when drafting the paperwork. With our wills done we have a bit more peace of mind. Recommend against working with Julia, who had trouble explaining how her recommendations made sense given our basic request/questions. Kelly was fast an easy to create initial trust but trying to update was a pain. Got the run around via email, waited weeks to coordinate across multiple schedules for a follow up call they insisted was necessary and it became evident minutes into the conversation that this could have been easily resolved via email. They seem to crank out estates/trusts for folks covered under legal insurance plans (Legalease in my case), but don't care about customer service once done.

My fiancé and I needed to get our separate and joint estates in order in the midst of busy lives this task kept being delayed until we realized just before some upcoming travel that we had to get this done.
