El abogado Steve Franco de la oficina Ratto Law firm no hizo su trabajo como abogado que me representaba. Yo tuve que cambiar de abogado. Steve Franco, no se preocupa por sus clientes. No le recomiendo a nadie este abogado.

My Mom is 82 years old and had an accident we think that a lawyer that speak Spanish can help, but I was wrong. Francisco Moreno did not help she is still waiting four years in a case. He is rude did not answer the phone to my Mom, and all the time he is scared her telling her that she is going to die. trying to force her to accept the unfair resolution of her case. never answer to emails with simple education rules like hello or refer to the person by name. This lawyer before used to work for the insurance company, and it look like he is still working with them
