(I've noticed many of the reviews are about divorce) I was extremely pleased with Carolyn's attention to detail, thoroughness and ability to achieve favorable terms, while ensuring my partner and I were both comfortable with the language in our prenup. It is a fine line to walk. The outcome was about love and life planning. Highly recommend this firm; particularly, for the initial draft.

I emailed this attorney about an insurance claim that I had issues with in regards to homesite insurance company. Rather than a response and saying the money wasn’t worth taking me on as a client, MR Richardson ignored me. Strong advice. Do not considered this company. It shows how money can influence an attorney’s judgment. These are the type of attorneys we the people can shut down and put out of business. By not using their services. I’m not sorry my case isn’t big enough to support your high dollar lifestyle. If my case isn’t that important to look at, than it shows your actions are just for the money. Don’t use this company. Siegal and Richard's assisted me in getting a settlement for a device that was consequently pulled from the markets because of it dangerous design. If not for his knowledgeable and clear understanding of what constitutes a defective product or excuses used by manufacturers propensity to just shift blam I would have been on the street less 10 fingers and destitute.

I highly recommend Robert Goodman and Carolyn Pettifer. Carolyn Pettifer was the primary attorney handling the divorce of my mother, aged 89. Due to my mother's age, I was appointed guardian ad litem to act on my mother's behalf. As you can imagine, there was a lot of delicacy involved in handling this case.
