Katherine is an exceptional attorney. Her staff is just as focused, driven and personable as she. (Jacob especially) Calls are returned, sessions are scheduled, and she is superb in crafting briefings to the judge which lays the groundwork for the disability claim. I came to her after I was with another attorney for two years, who finally looked at my file six weeks before my scheduled court date and withdrew. I was under fifty and she felt she couldn’t win my case. It was an ethical breach, and no other attorneys would take my case as they had to start researching/writing a brief immediately even with a rescheduled court date. Not only did Katherine take my case, but with a full client roster, over three thousand pages of medical records, won my case before an administration law judge with a scant three months as my attorney. She and her team are simply amazing. They are kind, welcoming, and lovely people. Winning my disability case helped me and my family so much. I thank my stars I found her and you will too.

I hired Katherine based on these avvo reviews unfortunately, my experience with her was nothing like the others. She completely butchered my case and now having exhausted all appeals I am starting over with a different attorney… who told me that she butchered my case. Not only that, but during the many years I worked with her she was often condescending, cold, and short - like she blamed me every time we would lose. She is clearly burned out and needs to move onto a different area of law where she can be of actual service to her clients. She is shady and had her yelp page removed because it contained negative reviews.
