I worked with Jackie Khong and she was great. She took time to explain all my options and gave me solid advice about how to navigate the process. I love that she would tell it to me straight so I could make decisions based on facts vs emotions. Their office seems to truly care about their clients and gave me options to save money whenever it was possible. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend them.

In 2022 I had a car accident, I hired the lawyer Tae Kang, because the insurance company did not want to pay the ambulance and hospital expenses. In December 2022 the insurance company made the payment to the lawyer and now July 2023 I receive in Notice Delinquency that the bills were not paid by the lawyer. And he doesn't answer me and he doesn't answer the Senior Collections Officer.
