Kelly Armstrong is an exceptionally thoughtful and clever attorney. She helped me through a particularly personal and stressful employment difficulty with startling competence and an unusually soothing presence. I am not always easy to deal with, but Kelly consistently explained action plans, along with their potential outcomes, patiently, in a way that I could understand. She helped resolve my difficulties with a success I didn’t realize was possible, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I would recommend this law firm to anybody in need of legal services. I was going through a custody battle, and my issue was resolved fairly. They even put in extra work to make sure that my case and I, personally was protected. I felt a shield of protection when they were standing behind me, like no one could stand against me. I came to The Armstrong Law Firm because I really needed help with my employment situation. I was so upset and traumatized by what happened to me. It was scary for me to come forward and hire a lawyer but I am so glad I did. This firm is kick ass and went above and beyond what I imagined. I read the reviews on here and thought I found the lawyer to represent me. I called him several times before he ever returned my call, by the time he return my call it was through text. He said he couldn't represent me if I wasn't charged with a crime before ever even taking the time to call me and listen to my case. After I explained a little of my case to him through text message he then said he would call me the next morning. He didn't call me the next morning I didn't hear back from him until a day in a half later , because I sent him a message to remind him again. I understand lawyers are very busy so I decided to give him the benefit of a doubt. When I talked to Castillo he was very rude, he was talking to other people in the background he was laughing and wasn't giving me his full attention. All the kept on mentioning was that if I needed him to represent me I need to pay him first and then we can talk about my case. He didn't want to advice me and as a matter of fact he mentioned some things that just didn't seem to add up and it seemed like he was not paying attention to anything I had told him. By the time I hung up with him I felt worse, I had a lot of anxiety and began to cry. As an innocent person you expect to reach out to an attorney and be reassured that things will be okay. Castillo did the complete opposite, this is why I decide to leave a review.

For years I battled to get SSDI. I suffer from a rare condition that most specialists won't touch with a 10-ft pole, it's been difficult to get them to say (or do) anything about my case. In addition, because of the "pre-existing" condition (was born with it), I couldn't afford the $14,400 yearly Cobra health insurance and thus had not been able to develop doctor-patient relationships, I couldn't even afford the regular tests or some of the medications I was prescribed. That is where Ms. Siegfried was exceptional. She was very patient given the absence of medical reports from my own doctors (including one who purged my file); and researched my problem until she understood it well enough to convey my frustration. A remarkable feat that even my doctors have not attempted to perform. Thanks to Ms. Siegfried, I now have SSDI. Thank you Katherine Siegfried!
