As President of a San Francisco based company, I worked with Mike on a regular basis to handle appearances for my company in bay area courts for about 10 years. He was very successful in understanding the complicated nature of pleading our cases. He always presented himself in a very professional manner. He is very intelligent and personable and made my witnesses feel very confined while testifying.

Michael assisted me in a complicated legal matter wherein a couple of other attorneys were involved. He collaborated effectively, was very easy to work with, and handled all matters with dispatch.

I hired Mike after the death of my husband. Mike has been very sensitive and caring that I was grieving. Although I dreaded the depositions, Mike picked me up at my home, and he made me feel very comfortable. He returns my phone calls and emails in a timely manner and keeps me abreast of the proceedings. Although the matter has not concluded, I know he has been very diligent in representing me.

My estate is not too complex, but this being my first trust, I had loads of questions. Mike is very attentive and addressed all my concerns. I was pleased that he assembled a living trust in easy-to-understand English without the mumbo-jumbo legalese that I saw in trust documents shared by a few close friends. And for which I feel they may have overpaid. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend him.

He helped us to make good decisions along the way, and gave great input throughout the process, including not just legal input but helping frame our decisions in terms of what mattered to us. Where needed, he was also ready to bring in additional legal help, to provide specialized expertise.

Mike was recommended by a good friend to do living trust. I don't have many assets, but I wanted to protect what I had for my children. Mike treated me like a very important client, walking me through each question and task with expertise and thoughtfulness. It's not often you find a lawyer with such expertise and a heart. Michael Broad is an outstanding Attorney and an excellent resource for Estate Planning. Although this is a very complicated process, he is very patient and explains everything in plain English every step of the way so that we always had a full understanding of what he was doing.
