There is one (1) reason that you I recommend Beles & Beles law firm. And that is RESULTS! Our case was very complicated in that I struggled to find a lawyer that would even take our case. I had two (2) elements to our case which is the criminal side and then the immigration side. We WON both in criminal court and immigration. The criminal side was handled by Joseph Ryan and the immigration side was handled by Emilio T. Parker. Both attorneys won my case. Do yourself a favor and hire the attorneys at Beles & Beles. They deliver results.

Beles Law handles all different kinds of criminal cases from tax fraud to sexual offenses. I usually get a response from the Oakland office in a matter of hours or if you call in Brenda can help you get started almost immediately. They accept credit also which is handy for me since I don't usually have that much cash on hand.

I contacted Robert Beles to get some information regarding fraudulent credit card charges/identity theft. He gave me some valuable insight into how I could go about getting reimbursed for the time and money that was taken from me. Unfortunately he later pointed out that I wasn't quick enough in reporting the fraudulent charges so the most I could be reimbursed for was fifty dollars which isn't great considering the charges were well over a hundred. After clearing the fraudulent information from my credit report I decided to chalk it up as a loss and move on. I still very much appreciate Robert taking the time to provide me with a layout of legal options even if it didn't pan out how I would have liked. Thanks again.
