Awful service! Super disappointed with this law firm. They lie to me and just took my money. I’m a single mom worked really hard to be able to pay to file an 1170. Was never able to get Rebert on the phone. Time after time I would try to get an update but he was never available and receptionist would tell me the same thing every time I called “I let him know you called” I never received a call from them to provide updates at at all. This is an unethical law practices. To this day I’m still waiting for a call back from Robert Beles to get a debrief of my status. I will most definitely report his practice. This is not okay to lie and to take money from those in need and those who put their trust in them.

Our case was post-conviction. Paid a hefty retainer fee with 0 to no follow up. I had to be the one who called several times to get “updates”. The attorney on our case was never available. We had about 3 different attorneys on our case and one told us something the other didn’t agree with. Circles. Paid all that money to be ran in circles. Then by the end of the “case review” it turns out we should just wait for the DA to see if he gets recalled or not. Terrible service. Would not recommend especially your case is post conviction.
