I was completely overwhelmed with the charges I was facing, and the several consultations I had prior to reaching Summit Defense left me even more panicked. I'm grateful that Rabin Nabizadeh responded to my call when he did. He was extremely professional and very concise; he didn't exaggerate or downplay anything in regards to my situation, and responded to my concerns and questions with understanding and patience. I highly recommend attorney Rabin Nabizabeh from Summit Defense law firms. Rabin is the most kind-hearted, caring, intelligent and hardest working attorney in the Bay Area. My case was definitely not a easy case, in fact, it is one of the most difficult cases that I don’t think any attorney in town has ever deal with. Rabin handled the case so well, and got the best outcomes for me. I am forever grateful for Rabin, no amount of money can ever repay for everything Rabin has done for me. And, because of Rabin, I was able to put everything behind me and look forward for a bright future in front of me. His fee is very reasonable, I kept asking him to charge me more money because of all the works he put in. But, he refused to charge me additional fee. I needed a criminal defense attorney fast. I searched the internet, found a few that had good reviews, made the first appointment, and hired Summit Defense that day. Rabin Nabizadeh is a great attorney, great guy, laid-back... I think in a different situation his relaxed-ness would have been exactly what the doctor ordered. This situation made me very anxious, though. My case rapidly got more complex with very high stakes, then dragged out for months, and at a certain point I was just not feeling confident. I really appreciated that Rabin very thoughtfully and strategically referred my case to Tennille Duffy. I knew at our first meeting he'd made an excellent choice. Tennille took over like a boss. She's intelligent, compassionate, objective, professional, and bonus.. It is difficult to write about a traumatic event that was made even more traumatizing as things progressed. I knew I needed help to stop the trauma and get back to living. Called a handful of lawyers after getting arrested for domestic violence and hired Mr. Nabizadeh because he seemed more aggressive and cheaper than the other lawyers who insisted the matter would be difficult and expensive. Rabin advised us to be “aggressive” and set the matter for trial and managed to convince the District Attorney to dismiss the case on the day of trial. Highly recommend.
