I highly recommend Summit Defense. I got a DUI out of state and handled all the requirements. However when I moved to California I received a letter saying my license is suspended and that I need to contact the DUI TASK FORCE of Sacramento. Unclear why I began to make phone calls to try to solve this issue. After months of being on hold, transferred to the wrong department and even hung up on multiple times by the extremely inefficient DUI TASK FORCE, I felt paralyzed. UNTIL...someone recommend Summit Defense. Rabin listened to my case and was immediately reassuring me that this was going to be cleared up. Within 3 days Summit Defense was able to provide me with the next steps I needed to take. Rabin and the Summit Defense lifted a huge burden off of my back and I can not thank them enough.

If I could give more than 5 stars to this firm, I would. During one of the most tumultuous and difficult times of my life and marriage, Attorney, Rabin Nabizadeh, and his team, was there for my family and I when we encountered a huge fiasco because of a small disagreement my ill husband and I had. Apparently, the police are only there to arrest people rather than help them diffuse a verbal dispute when needed. Rabin's team's response time was almost within an hour. I had so much panic and anxiety because my husband was also dealing with an illness (Alzheimer's), when the police decided to arrest him. During a time of crises, more than anything, we often need assurance and promptness. The team at Summit Defense, was able to get ALL charges against my husband, dismissed without us ever even needing to go to court! They were fierce ally for us in making sure the case would be dropped as soon as possible. They acted quickly, were responsive and able to be reached anytime I needed them, via email, phone, and even text message. This alone, showed my their high level of professionalism and devotion to their clients. Thank you to the compassionate and amazing team at Summit Defense for nipping this ordeal right in the bud, as soon as I reached out to them. Thank you for holding my hand every step of the way by providing assurance and communicating with me during the entire time.

I was referred to Summit Defense by an acquaintance, and since I did not know any lawyer, I took the recommendation. If you need help in a criminal case, don't read reviews, go to Summit Defense. I never thought that I will be able to avoid jail: I did not think that it was an option; Rabin is so knowledgeable, he laid out all the scenarios, and gave me his advice about which way to go. I needed time, and he was able to request it, and get it. I am forever grateful for that referral!

I found Rabin from google search and I then watched him on YouTube before selecting him as my lawyer. After meeting with him and telling him my side he gave me his honest opinions. My case took 3 long years and I was happy to have a lawyer I had access to. I could call and text any time and I always got a prompt response. Even when Rabin was not available his covering Lawyer Collin called me and was just as aggressive in getting my case resolved. I am happy with the results.
