Attorney David Smith and his staff are extremely professional, and I would hire them again. I was injured badly in a car accident 100% the fault of another driver who has 10+ claims against their collision insurance. Mr Smith met me immediately. He was very polite, friendly, professional, did *NOT* emphasize money ... and instead told me to take care of my health. His priorities are straight. He was genuine and looked me in the eye when he assured me to simply focus on recovery and taking care of myself rather than punishment or restitution. He earned my trust, as an attorney and as a man. His staff carefully helped me every step of the way. His main administrative manager, Mynita Bounthon, is very responsive and works hard. Their staff was very patient with me when I was intermittently difficult to get ahold of over the course of many years. Ultimately, Mr Smith and his staff fought to ensure settlements which ensured all my medical and legal costs were covered and I was able to be compensated for my pain, lost work, longterm damage, physical therapy, etc. I am a very satisfied client, and would highly recommend this attorney.
