Having to declare bankruptcy is a very hard decision. I had a huge amount of apprehension while driving to my first meeting with Eric. He made me feel very comfortable and understood my needs as well as what needed to be done. He went through the options with me, made sure I understood them and then we made a decision to file. If I had questions, they were always answered. Be prepared when you meet him and follow through with any requests. If you follow this simple rule, I believe you will be happy with the results.

Helpful and realistic advice. Understanding and empathetic to my situation

Filed for Ch 7 BK recently. Not knowing anything about the process, all except how daunting it is, my intial meeting with Eric was sound and helpful to say the least. He was very knowledgable, answered all my questions and explained things that I was confused and unsure about, and made the whole process more comfortable. BK can be a scary thing to think about and experience, but somehow things Eric had explained gave me hope that in the end everything will be okay and better once the filing is actually done.
