Having to declare bankruptcy is a very hard decision. I had a huge amount of apprehension while driving to my first meeting with Eric. He made me feel very comfortable and understood my needs as well as what needed to be done. He went through the options with me, made sure I understood them and then we made a decision to file. If I had questions, they were always answered. Be prepared when you meet him and follow through with any requests. If you follow this simple rule, I believe you will be happy with the results.

Eric made things fast, easy efficient. We had a complicated case and Eric helped to inform us on the best ways and the worst ways. Overall was a good ex[erance.

Filed for Ch 7 BK recently. Not knowing anything about the process, all except how daunting it is, my intial meeting with Eric was sound and helpful to say the least. He was very knowledgable, answered all my questions and explained things that I was confused and unsure about, and made the whole process more comfortable. BK can be a scary thing to think about and experience, but somehow things Eric had explained gave me hope that in the end everything will be okay and better once the filing is actually done. Eric is very quick and responsive so anything you may have questions on, do not hesitate to ask him.

First off, it is completely hard to make a decision to file Bankruptcy. Not only is it embarrassing and shameful but also makes feel like a complete failure. But when you are struggling financially you need to work with an expert lawyer like Eric Nyberg to help guild you through every step in filing BK. From the beginning of filing BK, Eric made you feel comfortable and not judged because this happens to a lot of good people. Eric and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful until my file was complete/ closed.
