Eric is fantastic. I felt anxious and unsure about the whole process, I called him up, and we did a free consultation out in Oakland. Honestly, for something as intimidating as bankruptcy, Eric made the whole process feel way better. He knows what he is doing, he tries to make the call based on if it sounds right for you, and seems to really care about his clients. We completed the whole process and I couldn't be more thankful. If you're worried and want to work with someone who genuinely comes off like they care, I can't recommend a better person. I only had to meet up with him physically three times over this whole proceeding and each time was a pleasure. There was absolutely no pressure on his end and I couldn't have hired a better attorney for this.

Ian was incredibly helpful to my partners and I when we started our business. He was able to give us all the information we needed to properly write out an operating agreement, advice us on important issues, and set us up right from the very beginning. He told us what permits we needed, how to obtain them in the right way, how much they cost and how to dodge lines in city hall/over pay for certain permits, and was able to do a lot of it for us (but gave the option for us to do it ourselves if we wanted).
