When when my wife and I first came across Jake we were jaded from bad experiences with previous attorneys who truly could have cared less about prioritizing our interests. What Jake did upon the first conversation was put our minds at ease by letting us know the options rather then pressuring us to make an inappropriate decision (simply to get us out the door). Most of all, EVERYTIME we had a question, concern, or issue, Jake was never further than a phone/email/text away from getting back to us, sometimes it took a few hours but we was ALWAYS got a sufficient and timely response. When we had our hearing with the trustee it went surprisingly smooth because Jake had prepped our paperwork and situation in such that our position was crystal clear to the trustee. Bankruptsy is a really tough experience on a family. My wife and I would recommend to anyone needing these services to find an attorney that can keep the situation and details concise so that everyone understands at all moments what is going on.
