Handled my PI claim and got me a way bigger settlement than I expected. Not only that, but they handled a really difficult situation with a tow company that took advantage of me while I was concussed. The settlement took a long time, but I did minimal lift, just took care of my injury, and a couple of years later got much more than I expected. Zeru was awesome. Highly recommend.

We had our retirement home burned down in the wildfire. It took me several weeks of searching for someone to help as my mortgage company never paid the fire insurance. I though we were finished and lost everything.. I finally was referred to Kerley Schaffer by their Southern office. Dylan was awesome!! He took our case and fought hard to get us what was taken from us. He worked, quickly, treated us with very well, explained everything in detail, and worked tirelessly. We used Kerley Schaffer LLP for a bad faith insurance case and we were very happy with the results and with the level of competence of the Kerley Schaffer LLP team. The team is very experienced and they knew how to aggressively pursue our case. They had sound advice on the merits of settling versus going to trial, but they were also very capable and willing to take our case to court in the case where that would be the best option or in the case where the insurance company would not settle. This was not the case for some other legal firms that we considered before finding Kerley Schaffer LLP. The team quickly learned the details of our case and they were able to make progress on the case without requiring much of our time. We also felt that they did not do unnecessary work. We felt that we were in competent hands the whole time and we would definitely recommend Kerley Schaffer LLP to anyone looking for legal representation for a bad faith insurance case.

A.J. was my second lawyer, and I wish I had him my first time in court with my co-parent. He's knowledgable and knows how to diffuse issues with hard to deal with opposing parties. Very transparent and I would recommend him and his team to for high conflict and very complex custody issues.

I ended up with AJ under unfortunate terms when his (former) partner had passed away. I had specifically searched out his partner for an out of state move-away case and I had a long, messy history of nearly 7 years of litigation at the time. I come to find out AJ had more experience in this and was quickly able to on-board to my case in no time highlighting the must-knows and going thru the mound of minutia. This firm is so aggressive, driven and caring at the same time. They worked my case up for me over a long period of time and fought for me as much as possible. They were also very giving to me on many different levels no matter how many cases they had or how busy they were. I always felt like I mattered and my case was important to me. If you need a divorce attorney, hire Deborah Dubroff. My divorce was a difficult time for my entire family, not unlike the death of a loved one. I was very fortunate to have an old family friend, a lawyer, refer me to Deborah Dubroff . The first time I met Deborah, I knew I was in good hands and I felt a wave of relief wash over me. My first impression of Deborah was that she was knowledgeable, a hard worker, ethical, respectful, professional, patient, nonjudgmental and empathic. During our first meeting Deborah went thru the entire process, told me how to make the best use of our time, kept me focused, reassured me that I was not going to lose custody of my children and that things were going to be ok. My impression has not changed. After our initial meeting Deborah requested information and forms to be filed out, which I sent her, appeared in court as required and throughout the divorce process provided me timely updates until my cases conclusion. Dubroff Family Law is an excellent firm. I had a difficult, contentious divorce, and I am so thankful for their help, counsel, and kindness.
