Joel handled a case for my mom and sister who were in a motor vehicle accident. He quickly got in touch with the defendants' insurance carriers, obtained relevant records and efficiently recovered sizeable settlements. He negotiated liens that otherwise would have eaten up a portion of their settlement. Joel kept in touch with my sister and mom throughout the whole process, addressed their concerns and patiently explained each step to them. Joel and his team are tenacious and compassionate.
