Steve and his team were amazing. Being I had no clue how to handle the situation I was in, they made the process stress-free. Cristina and Zayra (forgive me if I’m forgetting someone) were diligent and punctual when I had questions or I needed them to reach out and handle something. Steve, Steve is like the coach in your corner who will guide you to a win, and fight for you to get what you deserve. I could tell he loves what he does by his ENTHUSIASM and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the workers comp process. If you want your WC case to be stressful and confusing, don’t use FM. i highly recommend Steve Franco . A few years back I was in a horrible accident in a company vehicle.
