Working with this law office was an extremely disappointing experience. Over a period of three months, they failed to make any meaningful progress on my case. Despite promising on three separate occasions to provide a to-do list and instructions, they never followed through. Additionally, they neglected to file the substitution of attorney with the court, even after more than two months of purported "service." These failures caused significant delays to my case and created numerous complications. The only notable action they took was charging the entire $5,000 retainer for questionable time entries. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this law office and would not work with them again.

Once you pay your retainer, silence. No more calls from them. Then when you start complaining, they start billing you. Then they tell you you don’t have a case and refund you $500. This is the way they conduct business and they get away with it.
