I worked with Ryan to craft our company's terms of use and privacy policy, and he completely exceeded our expectations. Not to mention, coming from a non-legal person's perspective, he was very communicative and really helped us understand things on a more common sense, lay person's level. I recently came to Ryan for help when a client breeched a contract. I really appreciate his ability to communicate in a way that is both straight forward and legally sound.
