Even though I live in Buena Park CA. I called Harris Personal Injury because my cousin recommended them. I’m so glad she did. Motorcycle related personal injury case. Derek Waldron, Kasey Prado, Erich Tomkinson and the rest of the Harris Team were the only ones who supported and fought for me. They are the best, hands down. We were able to win the full insurance policy limit AND full reimbursement of my personal property. I was against the world before they took my case. I was riding my motorcycle NB on the 405 when a driver side swiped me. Injured/unable to work, 25k in hospital bills, my insurance disowned me, person who hit me was lying to the police and insurance, separate witness claimed I was at fault, and the police report went w/ the liar's story and stated I was at fault. I was spending my time preparing to go represent myself in a PI case after 5 attorneys DECLINED to accept my case. I was referred to Harris, being told they WANT the hard cases and that other law offices constantly lose to them. They took one look at the details of my case and immediately saw the truth. They took on my case and fought for me. The Harris team then went above and beyond to fight further for full compensation of my destroyed motorcycle. They won that too. The Harris team saved me when no one else could or would. They ARE the best.

I, like most people; you normally wouldn't ever think of yourself as being in a horrible life altering situation, and that one day you would need legal help. I unfortunately experienced a very bad accident that resulted in bodily injury and I had no idea how to proceed and if I even needed a lawyer.
