I had another lawyer briefly before hiring Joni, what a world of difference it made having her expertly defend me! She knew exactly how to proceed and who to contact throughout the process, was incredibly well-prepared before entering the courtroom, and her experience and management of the proceedings and false allegations by petitioner was an amazing example of veteran courtroom experience, with results! She was patient and calm when I needed it, and a bulldog when the case needed it, I can't imagine this case without her representation.

Joni is an outstanding defense lawyer. I was arrested on trumped up charges for a DUI, but unfortunately for me there was not a lot lot of evidence to back up my side of the story. Joni knows every angle to approach a case from and successfully reduced it to a traffic violation. I thought my life was over, but Joni saved me. She is highly experienced and knows exactly how to handle a case to achieve favorable results for the client. She is outgoing and easy to talk to as well - my whole predicament was grim, with seemingly little hope, but she put me at ease right away. Additionally, her rates are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of her services as a defense attorney.

I recently found myself requiring an attorney. Joni was at all times professional, courteous, compassionate and very swift in her responses. She also shows up on time, is incredibly warm, jovial and knowledgeable. She is matter-of-fact, funny and kind. It was honestly like having a family member to walk me through the toughest time of my life. She is responsive, smart and engaging. Had a car accident in Oceanside which led to 2nd dui arrest after initial occurred seven years prior. Received an offer for representation that was 25% less than next best price. 2nd Dui charge was dropped. Programs for a dui offender to complete were dropped. My fine was reduced by almost one third. I hired Joni 6 months ago due to a false TRO allegations made against me by my former spouse whom also had CPS involved and on her side which in turn hindered me from being in contact with my son whom was only 4 months old at the time.
