One of America's worst lawyers an how can this incompetent idiot who does nonthing to get his clients there disability have suffered more over years facts is destroyed lives made it impossible to get disability now is hard

Yep, yep, yep...spoke plainly though I, not necessarily so. He has "earned his Law Degree", by my decree. Good advice for our cases.

David Shore is a nice attorney and help me get my SSI, but a few years later I've called to ask a couple questions and the secretaries were a bit rude and hurried their answers up and incomplete! But yeah I still say they're a good team! Hope you're doing well!

David Shore Got me My S.S.D.I. Seamlessly many years ago-2001. I was working for U.P.S., Involved in an Accident while on the job. Diagnosis of: Fibromyalgia, R.S.D. & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, diagnosed back at a time The "powers to be" (Insurance Industry & Social Security), Did Not Fully Understand nor Accept as being Real. David went down to San Diego, for a Court Hearing, We sat before the Judge for Less than 2 Minutes and, The Social Security Judge Honored the Request (I said Not one word). I was, and am, Extremely Grateful. At the time, I had 3 Young Sons (12,10 & 5) with my Spouse who was a Housewife. The Monies Came in when Needed. Thank You David Shore

I have had the pleasure of consulting with Mr. David M. Shore regarding a critical issue of social security disability over payment affecting my social security retirement. I am a ABA Certified Paralegal via University of San Diego Graduate Program and have no experience in Mr. Shore's field of law. Not only did Mr. Shore take his valuable time to advise me, he listened, he gave me direction, he called me back, he followed up and his advise lead directly to positive results with the Social Security Administration today in obtaining an informal conference. Mr. Shore told me exactly what forms I needed to complete to navigate a sometimes overwhelming bureaucracy. I am amazed at the kindness and expert knowledge imparted to me today. I am forever grateful. All this was done at no charge.

I contacted 15 different attorneys last year searching for someone to represent my family member before an Administrative Law Judge for Social Security Disability. They had been trying to handle this on their own without adequate support. This was their FINAL APPEAL!! Mr.Shore actually took the time to listen...thank God. During the lead up to their hearing he obtained the necessary documentation from the medical experts my family member had been seeing. The hearing ended with the Judge awarding the disability claim.

What is experience without character, nothing! Mr. Shore has both! An expert in his field after many years experience and of the highest degree in quality character! I've experienced the other mill-like attorneys, and you aren't a number to Mr. Shore. You will encounter a very pleasant expert who is personable, understanding and cares to take time with you. He makes sure he remembers who you are and everything necessary about you and your case! His staff is as wonderful, of course... Eagles soar with Eagles! At no time did I ever encounter a moment in my case where I felt upset by his work, much to the opposite, he gave me complete peace of mind! I will surely and always highly recommend Mr. DAVID SHORE to anyone and everyone I encounter who are I need of his services.

David shore was my attorney for two years. He was negligent incompetent and unprofessional and an absolute nightmare. I want to warn anyone who is trying to decide whether or not to use him for an attorney to run. If I could give zero stars I would absolutely give zero. I had to start over with another attorney and I wasted two years with him. He didn't send in all my important medical records, I wasn't prepared for the court hearing with the judge, he didn't turn in paperwork, and his staff was rude and nasty. He delayed some paperwork and I was starting to think he was dragging out my case so he could get more money. I believe I was denied because of his incompetence and negligence. You will be better off by yourself instead of having him help you and he's absolutely useless. I believe he shouldn't practice law and I am in the process of making a complaint against his license. Instead of reading the 5 stars go straight to the one star reviews and that's the experience you will likely have. He should be ashamed of himself for treating disabled people absolutely poorly. Once I started realizing how incompetent he was he started ignoring my calls. It wasn't until I threatened to sue him and come after his license he started talking to me. He is in over his head and doesn't know what he's doing so find another attorney. Make sure you do your homework or you will end up with an attorney like him. I don't do reviews but if I can help one person from repeating my mistake it will be worth the time I lost writing this review!

I am so grateful for choosing David shore to represent me when applying for disability. After being denied twice, i decided to look for a attorney and thank god i was able to find him. He was very helpful and communicated everything in a way for me to understand. I couldnt have done it without him and for that i am truly grateful!
