I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful Attorney Mr. Duquette is. I unfortunately, got a DUI and had never been in trouble before. I was so scared and did not know what to do. My first appointment with Mr. Duequette was very sincere and professional. He made me feel so much better. He went above and beyond and took my case with a positive attitude and gave me back the confidence I needed at this time and throughout the process. His thoughtfulness, humor, attention to detail was beyond my expectations. He is very highly recommended. I remember, he would always say before I left his office "Don't worry everything will be okay. I will take care of everything". And, he sure did from start to finish. His office staff is very friendly and very helpful. It was always nice knowing I could call anytime and there was always someone in person to help me with questions I had. Mr. Duequette had my charges dropped and I didn't need to appear court not once. He was there for me and I didn't need to miss any work at all. To this day with all the confusion and all you need to do with OHS and DMV, Mr. Duequette and his staff is still there to help me. He has truly been a blessing in my life. I was charged with a DUI and I had no idea of the legal process that was involved or lay ahead of me. I am so fortunate that my close friend handed me Richards contact card to me. But not out of a stack of others but from his personal wallet, and told me to see this man and he will help you through this. I called the very next morning and Richard met me Saturday afternoon! In his office! Richard was influential in calming me down, educating me, and assuring me he could help me through this. On my DMV hearing, Richard even took his valuable time to go down with me to the hearing. It is this kind of commitment, and his many years of experience, along with Richard knowing all the points of my particular case and the law, that lead to a dismissal of my case by the DMV! This lead to my court case hearing and the negotiating a guilty plea to a reduced charge of a "Wet Reckless", not a DUI. The DUI charge was dismissed! This resulted in substantial reduced fines, probation period, and enrollment in an alcohol program for me. Richard did 'Everything' and 'More' for me and my circumstances!
