From my first phone call I knew that I had the right place. I called several places for "consults" before I found Wadhwani & Shanfeld. I was shocked when during my 1st call I was connected directly with Raj Wadhwani for my phone consult. Every other firm I called insisted I come in or charge me a fee to evaluate my "case." Raj spent a lot of time on the phone with me gathering information, answering ALL my questions and finding out if I indeed needed his services. He understood how terrifying a process this was for me and my family and the possibility that we could lose everything. When we hired Raj and his team they fought for us like they were family and that their livelihood was at stake also. Throughout the process Raj and his team fielded every email and phone call (no matter how annoying it may have been) to make sure we understood what was going on and that we were at peace during this super stressful time. We couldn't have asked for better representation. Our Family is beyond grateful we found Raj and his team and the outstanding work that they did for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Raj and his firm!!!

I had a great experience with Jason Martinez at RM Law Group. I was in an auto accident and called RM Law Group for advice. Jason met with me and explained my options and possible outcomes. He communicated with me throughout the entire process and was always a phone call away. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I called Jason a year later for advice on another matter outside his expertise. Jason returned my call promptly and directed me to a colleague who could assist. Great service!

I talked to Greg Shanfeld. He was courteous and professional. Greg advised me that I would do better to negotiate with creditors myself. He spent extra time after that, advising me how to do it. I give them 5 stars too!

Ooohhhh Yes. I unfortunately had a creditor come after me for something 10 yrs old. I contacted Wadhwani and Shanfeld. Greg must have taken 45 minutes of his time giving me tips on how to try and resolve my issue without even acquiring their services. NOBODY does that. This creditor was unbending and stubborn. So I called Greg again. He advised that maybe we could get it resolved without filing a bankruptcy, so I could keep a good credit history and save some money on their fees. WHO does that. But this creditor remained so stubborn. Then that’s when Greg, Harout, and Jocelyn got to work. They are relentless. They got the job done. I had no idea that there was 2 online courses that I had to complete. I had weeks to get them completed. But oh no, Ms. Jocelyn wants them done now. She keeps you on point with everything. She doesn’t except blanks or miscues. Harout is the same way. They dot all of their I’s and cross all their T’s. But just as well, they make sure that you have all of you stuff done that you’re required to do. I successfully got my discharge a little earlier than expected. I thought I’d probably call them to see how my case was going. But before I’d call, I would get calls and updates from them. I hope I never have to go through this again. But if I do, I have no doubt in my mind about hiring Wadhwani and Shanfeld again. Greg’s toooo honest. Hard to believe. Try’em
