Horrible communicators! In the course of my experience with MWA, I have literally reached out to vendors and received updates that I should have received from the MWA, with no efforts on my part. I had another instance that they let me know they needed my approval at the very last minute, even though they knew a decision was needed before it became an urgent matter, I did not have time to properly consider the decision, because they made it a fire drill! Last week, a critical event should have happened, but no confirmation or communication was sent to let clients know if it did or did not take place. Then, when I try to reach out for the update (that should have been sent out without prompting) we are told that the person will respond to messages on Wednesday? There would be fewer messages to respond to, if you communicated updates to your clients, without them having to reach out! Do not expect them to be proactive communicators, do not expect them to keep you informed, or allow proper time for you to make decisions, but you will experience times that you want answers and they aren't available for days!

This review is coming from a commercial driver viewpoint especially if you get a DUI. John Murray is a good Criminal defense attorney out of Rancho Cucamonga.I have had Lawyer before and I know from experience of what I’m saying. In July 2021 I was suspected of a DUI and as a commercial driver we are held at a higher standard for driving. For a commercial driver you could only blew a 0.04% not like your normal C class driver which is at 0.08%. Apparently I was twice above the limit probably even more than that. The DMV is very strict on commercial drivers and I was at a point where I was risking my commercial license which is very important to me so when I found John Murray he was very knowledgeable with this field I felt confident that he will definitely help me out. At the DMV hearing he was able to not get my license suspended on a technicality that he found. So I can continue having my commercial license. It was probably enough to where the Da did not file or dropped the chargers. So if you’re a commercial driver or not I recommend John Murray.
